We use in our rice vinegar to make sushi dressing. Only quality products and no use of flavorless, original Japanese recipe. Perfect for seasoning your sushi rice, low acid content will serve to give more flavor to your rice and enhance the flavor of fish, vegetables or other ingredients used to make sushi. It can be used for other dishes such as flavoring salads, seasoning and preserving cucumbers, marinating fish and meat, and more.

Instructions for use: use 15% by weight of raw sushi vinegar rice. Example: 100gr raw rice, 15ml sushi vinegar
