Our sushi rice is grown in Italy, in the Vercelli area. Type of rice ideal for sushi, with a medium, round grain.

We buy our rice in Italy because it allows us to have “fresh” and top-quality rice. Japanese rice must be transported by ship, and on the journey it ages, inevitably decreasing in quality. That is why we constantly receive our rice and deliver it in vacuum-packed bags and a carton that protects it.
