Ponzu Sauce

Ponzu Sauce is made following the traditional Japanese recipe. We use Japanese artisanal soy sauce and fresh Sicilian citrus fruits. No preservatives, flavorings or high-quality fruit essences.

An aggrumated soy sauce perfect for seasoning fish, salads and more.

Because of its versatility and refreshing flavor, you can use the sauce in many different ways. Enjoy ponzu as a sauce for shabu-shabu or seafood, a marinade for grilled meats and vegetables, or a dressing for salads or cold noodles.
