Miso Paste

Our Miso made from Japanese soybeans, koji, and Japanese rice is made by a family of artisans who have been devoted to the craft for nearly 100 years. This mild and more well-known variant of the light miso paste is ideal for preparing a variety of dishes-from dressings, soups, and light marinades to desserts.

Preparation: Bring 200 ml water to a boil and stir in 2 tablespoons miso paste until completely dissolved – refine to taste with tofu, fish, meat, seaweed or vegetables
