Our Dashinomoto is a broth made by grinding dried tuna, processed and preserved using Japanese techniques to impart a strong but delicate flavor.
Ideal for broths, sauces and more. Just 2 to 3 grams per 300ml of water is enough to make a very tasty broth or increase the flavor and depth of taste in sauces and many other preparations. `
