Rice Vinegar

Our rice vinegar is made in Italy, respecting the Japanese recipe and unmistakable flavor and taste. Processed without the addition of preservatives, dyes or flavor enhancers. It is typically used to season sushi rice so that it takes on the sweet and sour note of sushi vinegar but is ideal for Japanese dishes, salads, and even marinating meat and fish.

Our vinegar is also used to make our Sushisu and for our sauces.
